Role Overview
PostShift AI is seeking a senior Alliance Lead to own and scale our global partner ecosystem across hyperscalers and strategic technology providers, including Cintra, EnterpriseDB (EDB), Microsoft, AWS and Google Cloud.
This role will be responsible for driving partner-led revenue, co-sell motions, joint go-to-market strategy and executive alignment to accelerate commercial-to-open-source migration opportunities globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic relationships with Cintra, EDB, Microsoft, AWS and Google Cloud
- Develop and execute co-sell and partner pipeline strategies
- Identify, qualify and progress partner-sourced migration opportunities
- Align with partner field teams, account executives and solution architects
- Secure funding programmes (PoC credits, marketplace incentives, co-marketing)
- Build joint value propositions around PostgreSQL, AI and sovereignty
- Track partner pipeline, revenue attribution and performance metrics
- Represent PostShift AI in executive partner forums
Commercial Focus
- Drive measurable partner-sourced revenue growth
- Increase marketplace visibility and joint marketing presence
- Accelerate enterprise deal cycles via partner influence
- Expand global reach through aligned partner ecosystems
Ideal Profile
- 8–15+ years in alliance management, cloud partnerships or enterprise sales
- Experience working with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google)
- Strong understanding of enterprise database, migration or cloud transformation
- Proven record of generating partner-driven pipeline
- Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
