Zak is a global growth architect with 30 years of executive leadership in enterprise software and licensing. He scaled Bytes Technology Group’s Software Licensing, divisions from £8 million to £150 million.
As a Global Leadership Team member at SoftwareONE, Zak co-founded and built subsidiaries across the UK, Ireland, Finland, Sweden and South Africa. Over 13 years, he grew his operations from inception to £500 million in revenue, establishing scalable, high-margin commercial engines across multiple jurisdictions.
Zak is one of 52 executives selected for the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy at London Business School, an elite programme for senior global leaders. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Manchester.
