Zak

CEO & CRO

Zak is a global growth architect with 30 years of executive leadership in enterprise software and licensing. He scaled Bytes Technology Group’s Software Licensing, divisions from £8 million to £150 million.

As a Global Leadership Team member at SoftwareONE, Zak co-founded and built subsidiaries across the UK, Ireland, Finland, Sweden and South Africa. Over 13 years, he grew his operations from inception to £500 million in revenue, establishing scalable, high-margin commercial engines across multiple jurisdictions.

Zak is one of 52 executives selected for the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy at London Business School, an elite programme for senior global leaders. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Manchester.

Kasim

COO & GC

Kasim is Co-Founder of WDigital, a Future 100 innovation award recipient. He led the world’s first hyperscale interoperability programme between Microsoft and Oracle, delivering enterprise-grade integration at global scale. Under his leadership, the business expanded to four international offices serving clients across 14 countries.

Kasim combines operational leadership with legal expertise to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional enterprise environments. Prior to co-founding WDigital, he practised law at Lewis Rice, a US law firm established over 100 years ago, advising on sophisticated commercial and regulatory matters.

Kasim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Political Science and History from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis.

Amin

Co-CEO & CTO

Amin is a former Microsoft leader with international experience across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, leading enterprise-scale digital transformation.

He managed $37 million+ budgets, delivered sustained double-digit growth, and advised governments and Fortune 500 organisations on strategic investments in cybersecurity, AI and enterprise modernisation.

He led the largest documented Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migration globally, supporting 32 million users across 102 countries. He is Co-Founder of WDigital, a multi-award-winning cybersecurity and data protection firm operating across 14 countries.

Amin a holds an academic excellence scholarship-awarded degree in Business Management from Middlesex University London.
